the art digital technology, Master Archive
Technologies (MAT) transfers and
or converts your audio media contents to a stable achievable format. Compact
Disks or Hard Disk storage allows easier organization, affords you more filing
space and if specified, the ease and ability to transfer files over the
internet quickly and safely. Providing longer storage and archiving stability
life than your current media’s state.
It is suggested that CDA's can safely store information for at least 100 years
before deterioration. A premium glass archive disk is almost indefinite. Therefore,
with this process you can hold on to your important audio information for life.
Simultaneously, you can say goodbye to all those audio cassettes you have accumulated
in your home, legal, city, state or corporate archives. In most cases, it is
obligatory to archive certain media by law.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO SUBMIT A PRE-RECORDED SESSION FOR AUDIO
ARCHIVING, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1.
Pack your media. (33, 45, 78, Cassette, Micro-Cassette,
8 Track, or Reel to Reel & Video) in a sturdy box.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT MEDIA PACKAGES IN BUBBLE ENVELOPES!!
2.
Make sure you put "FRAGILE AUDIO
RECORDING" on the box.
3. Include your
payment of $40.00 per item, made out
to Master Archive Technologies. We
will professionally transfer your media to a stable media disk archive (MDA).

There will be no editing or restoration involved in
this process. (Unless specified there will be a charge of $60.00 Per Hour + Materials for editing & $10.00 for test Burns) If so, discuss this prior to scheduled work
times.
3.b
If one item has more than 74 minutes of audio, then treat that as a
second session and add another $25.00
to your total. (Larger storage rates per disk are also available)
We accept Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. We will accept
personal checks, but we will not start your project until the check has cleared
the banking system.
REMEMBER IT IS A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR AUDIO MEDIA. ANY
ANOMALIES (LIKE POPS, CLICKS, AND NOISES) ON YOUR AUDIO MEDIA WILL BE
TRANSFERRED TO THE CD, UNLESS YOU SPCIFY NOISE REDUCTION.
COMPRESSION & CONVERSION.
Be specific: If you intend to use our compression service (Reduced audio quality leaves more space) there
will be an additional cost, depending upon how much compression you will have
applied to your media; thus determines how much media will be stored in a given
unit. This must be discussed with our representative before the work is begun.
